Construction is a glass cloth PTFE-coated anti-stick release surface in heat sealing equipment. Anchoring bonding motor and transformers.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) coated glass cloth tape is a specialized
type of adhesive tape that consists of a woven glass cloth backing coated
with PTFE, a synthetic fluoropolymer known for its exceptional nonstick and
heat-resistant properties. It is commonly referred to as “Teflon tape”.
Skived PTFE and Teflon-coated glass cloth tapes are noted for their
excellent chemical resistance. These tapes are able to withstand high
temperatures and can be used for different purposes like protective
covering, coating, etc. The tape’s nonconductive properties make it suitable
for electrical applications. It is used for insulation of wiring and cables,
wrapping coils, and securing components in high-temperature environments.
